Now you can enjoy the ride even longer. We want you to enjoy the ride with your little one as much as possible. You simply have to register your new Joolz stroller on our website within six months of purchase, and you’re ready to enjoy carefree strolling.
Before you register your product, please have the following information available to process your registration correctly:
- Digital version of your proof of purchase (Please attach your receipt as PNG or JPG/JPEG)
- Serial-number of your product located on your stroller frame.
- Please make sure to use the right format using only capitals and without spacing (DAY+CH123456, ACH123456, HUB+CH123456, HCH123456, GCH2123456, AERCH123456)
Registration is hosted on Joolz Global head office site
Joolz Lifetime Warranty was introduced to the Joolz Day³ & Joolz Hub purchased from the 3rd of September 2018 and the Joolz Geo² purchased from January 3rd 2018 provided these are registered within 6 months of purchase.
Prior to these dates Joolz 2 year warranty applied to all Joolz strollers.
