We recommend to fold the Joolz Aer+ with the seat in the upright position for a compact fold. You can also fold the lightweight stroller when the seat is reclined but it will be less compact.

The Joolz Aer+ is approved from 6 months and can be used up to a maximum weight of 22.5kgs.

The Joolz Aer+ serial number is a combination of letters and numbers. For example AER+CH123456 and can be found on the front of the frame on the sticker underneath the bar attached to the left front wheel.

It’s not possible to add a shopping bag or nursery bag to the chassis of the Joolz Aer+. A heavy load on the handlebar affects the stability of the lightweight stroller, this is why we do not recommend to hang any weight on the handlebar.

The cup holder or organizer can be used, but make sure to keep your hands on the handlebar at all times.

You can stroll on various surfaces with your Joolz Aer+. Keep in mind this is a lightweight stroller though, it works best on hard surfaces. Riding through sand is not recommended.

The Joolz Aer+ can be stored away in the overhead compartment without worry*. Whether travelling by bike, bus, plane* or boat, the new Joolz Aer+ helps lighten the load. The Joolz Aer+ has a compact design and can be stored in small spaces. The Joolz Aer+ comes with a travel pouch to protect your lightweight stroller while you travel.

*Luggage restrictions differ per airline. If in doubt, we recommend that you call the airline directly before traveling. Folded size of the Joolz Aer+ is 134.6x114.3x58.4 cm. Weight is 6.4 kgs.

The cot offers more support to your babies back and neck and is suitable for newborns up to a maximum weight of 9 kg. When your baby can sit unaided it's time to switch to the seat unit, this is usually around 6 months. The seat unit can be used up to a maximum weight of 22 kg.

To use the lights you need to buy and place 2 AAA batteries per LED light first (4 batteries in total). Open the housing with a screwdriver and release the cover of the housing by placing a coin between the 2 housing parts to separate them. This may require some force. Place the batteries as indicated and click the cover back on. Place back the screws and press the on/off button at the back of the housing to turn on the lights.

The Joolz Hub fabrics are water resistant, but not waterproof. We recommend the Joolz Hub raincover for use in wet environments.

Please do note that a bumper bar is not included with the Joolz Hub+ cot, and the Hub bumper bar is not compatible with the Hub+ cot. You can safely use the cot without a bumper bar, just keep in mind that it's a little more difficult to remove the cot from the chassis without this bar as you would use this to lift the cot. The cot is not suitable for overnight sleeping, because European safety standards state to never leave your baby unattended in the stroller. The matress is safe for sleeping, as long as it is supervised. To be suitable for overnight sleeping, a cot has to comply to the standard of Cribs and Cradles (EN1130). This standard requires a minimal side height of 275 mm from the mattress, since the height of the side of the cot does not meet this we can not advise it as a qualified baby bed.

Yes, the Joolz Geo² can be folded with the seat positioned world facing. It's not possible to fold the chassis with seat when this is positioned facing towards you.

Firstly it is easier to remove and reinstall the Joolz Geo3 basket with the wheels and seat removed and the frame placed handlebar down on a surface like a table, to make it easier to access each part of the basket.

Step One - Release Velcro straps from underside of the the basket.  

Step Two - Unzip the front portion of the basket from the main basket fabric. 

Step Three - Release the Basket frame from the chassis by pressing firmly into the release button and pulling out the plastic rod.

To reassemble with a new basket repeat these steps in reverse.

Couple of tips for reassembly :

The screws to attach the front fabric piece can feel a bit stiff to get started. Apply firm pressure when re-attaching these screws. .

When attaching the strap on the underside of the basket thread the small side back into the frame before velcroing the other side.

Please note: the Joolz Geo3 seats are not compatible with the original Geo or Geo2 or vice versa as there has been a substantial update in the way that you add a second seat to your Joolz Geo stroller.

The Joolz Geo/Geo2 upper and lower seats are completely different and so required a full "Expandable set" to convert to double that came with a cot and seat fabric that zipped onto the lower seat frame.

Whereas the Joolz Geo3 now comes with a complete seat and complete cot that can both be used on the stroller at the same time. (Although the hood and bumper bar can be used on an "Extra seat" if needed with two toddlers)
